how to transfer and read html and pdf ebooks on iPod touch?
Please give me step-by-step instructions, including what apps I’d need to download (preferably free ones) in order to transfer the ebooks on a macbook to an iPod touch and read them. If there’s a way to bookmark, please tell me. And don’t tell me to buy ebooks from websites. If I already own an ebook, I’d like to read it. Plus it would be nice to rely on an app without wifi.
I guess it depends on how badly you want your books.
You can always get Apple’s MobileMe service, which charges you a fee in order to allow you to sync your files from their servers to your iPod, iPhone, or home computer.
Alternatively, you can use Stanza, which allows you to download books from online libraries for free. You can also download books from custom locations.
